For this project, Avalon Exteriors created a large entertaining area to maximise the 300m² of space available between the house and the pool.

Overseeing the project from start to finish, the company completed the initial consultation, design, building specifications, and construction process in a professional and timely manner.

Avalon Exteriors faced a number of architectural challenges, including designing a space that would suit the 30-year old residence, removing the existing large plants, rendering the brown brick, and creating a seamless flow between each separate area.

Avalon Exteriors utilised a range of products, including exposed aggregate for the driveway and natural timber for the decking, as well as aluminium screening to maintain privacy.

Both the pool and alfresco area blend seamlessly with the home’s interior and the clever use of space means outdoor entertaining is now easier than ever.
