This gorgeous pool design features a unique combination of textures and materials, creating a stunning outdoor space that complements its beautiful rural surrounds. The team at Aqua Technics worked collaboratively with the homeowners to construct a resort-style swimming pool, allowing them to feel like they’re on holidays all year-round.

Featuring natural materials, including stone retaining walls and engineered timber decking, the pool area is as welcoming as it is stunning. Strip lighting was installed along the pool’s perimeter and the decking, increasing the pool’s visibility in the evenings. The homeowners’ neat landscaping adds a touch of sophistication, while high-end lounges and umbrellas further enhance the resort feel.

Solar panels were mounted onto the storage shed, a mere 150 metres from the pool, and are easily operated by a wireless solar controller. The stylish swimming pool is equipped with an Elite pool blanket and roller, a Delta UV Ultra Violet sanitation system and PAL Colour Touch LED lights by Davey. Fully frameless glass fencing elegantly surrounds the alfresco pool area, allowing the homeowners to admire the pool from inside the family home.

With no access for machinery, the site posed a unique challenge to the team at Aqua Technics. To resolve this, an excavator was craned in, and chutes were used to remove the soil and bring in clean fill. The pool itself was brought through the paddocks and was also craned in to pass through the farm gates.

To remove any build-up of rainwater, the area was fully drained, while a filter enclosure was built below the ground within the pool area. The team worked efficiently to complete the work within three days without compromising on quality.
