Bay Pools and Spas was awarded Silver for the SPASA Lap Pool – Vinyl.

“The clients’ brief requested an 11m x 2m lap pool that would be ideal for entertaining, exercise and relaxation. They also wanted the maintenance requirements to be minimal as they lead busy lives. Featuring an extended step-entry ledge area, the pool is the focal point of the home. Two remote-operated multicoloured GK5 LED lights were installed in the body of the pool to provide a relaxing and calming environment. A Viron eQuilibrium Chlorinator and an energy-saving P320XT pump from AstralPool combine to provide an economical maintenance system that reduces annual running costs and allows the clients more time to enjoy the pool with family and friends. A ZX200 cartridge filter and a CTX280 pump were also selected to operate the four deck jets, while a Heliocol solar-panel system was installed to extend the swimming season. The home’s alfresco entertaining areas were incorporated into the design of the pool, with the raised timber deck offering a spacious and luxurious place to unwind and socialise.”
