Measuring 9.6m x 4.2m, the pool has a depth of 1.2m to 1.8m. While the pool and 4m? spa share the same body of water, they have the facility to be separate bodies of water to allow the homeowners to heat the spa to their desired temperature.
In keeping with the home’s urbane aesthetic, Rainbow Quartz pre-mixed pool plaster in ‘Midnight Blue’ was selected for the pool’s interior, complemented by granite tiles on the waterline and on top of the bench seat and steps.
More than just a pretty face, the pool also features in-floor cleaning and a fully-automatic rigid cover, which is hidden under the deck at the end of the pool and comes out through an envelope opening.
The pool was built in two stages, with the concrete shell constructed as Signature Custom Homes was building the house. The internal finishes were applied and the filtration was installed after the home was complete.
Taylor Landscaping provided the finishing touches to complete this modern outdoor design.
