This pool was designed to fit into a small, tight space, but also boasts some fantastic and edgy design elements. Designed by Bay Pools and Spas, the pool’s position needed to allow enough space for the homeowners to walk through the lane, while still offering ample space for families and visitors to enjoy its surrounds. Contemporary in its design, the pool is angular and its sharp corners create a fantastic visual effect.

Bay Pools and Spas worked closely with the owners of the home to create this simple yet stylish finished space. The pool’s location creates the illusion of width, which makes the entire area look much larger than it is, and its staggered edges add a funky and contemporary element to the area.

Bay Pools and Spas needed to work closely with the owners of the home, as well as the builder of the property, as the front wall was originally an extension of the house, and the area was enclosed by a front gate. Cornered off with frameless glass fencing, the pool area was transformed into a beautiful and rejuvenating space for the family to utilise year-round.

The finished space comes complete with light grey pool furniture and a feature wall that is accentuated by a range of colours and textures that match the home itself.

The pool features state-of-the-art technology, including an eVo 320 variable speed pump for power, which is extremely cost-efficient as it allows the pool to run on a low speed. It also includes two Astral pool cartridge filters, which do not require a back washing line and are ideal for situations where waste water disposal or water restrictions are in force.
