The main brief for this project was to reflect and complement the homeowners’ lifestyle, including their growing children. The final result accommodates adults and kids alike, with an ample 10 x 4 metres of space to splash around and play, a fenceless swim-up edge where swimmers can relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape, and a shallow ledge area for little ones.

This pool is not just impressive from a design perspective; the engineering put in place to stabilise its placement on the slope is proof of Perth Concrete Pools’ expertise, and was well worth the effort. Smooth, freestanding concrete walls emerge from the rocky hill in a remarkable yet unobtrusive way. When viewed from the home, the pool appears to be in-ground, providing a stylish, modern addition to the backyard without disrupting the priceless views.

A combination of luxury products and quality finishes seamlessly tie the overall pool area together, from the Elite Pools pool cover to the energy-efficient pump by Astral Pools. Natural, earthy stone paving frames the pool and extend into an entertaining area, with room for outdoor seating so that the views can be enjoyed both in and out of the water. The glass fencing was the clear choice, allowing good visuals from the modern country home.
