Located atop the iconic Mandurah canals, this Webb & Brown-Neaves home has been finished to the highest standard and represents quintessential modern luxury. The builder desired a landscape that would take full advantage of the breathtaking views, while complementing the vertical scale of the façade. To achieve this, the front landscape was created with a careful combination of materials, including exposed aggregate concrete paving, cobblestones, feature planting and mature tree stock. The rear landscaping needed to embrace the surrounding canal and minimise the amount of pool fencing impinging on the views. The alfresco, which connects to the dining area of the home, retains uninterrupted views of the canal through the creation of steps that lead to the sunken water feature.

A secondary detached alfresco has also been created, connecting with the pool which fronts onto the canal. Modwood decking was used within the detached alfresco, further enhancing the sophisticated look of the property and minimising future maintenance. From humble beginnings with just a few staff and a ute in 1982, TDL has acquired an impressive collection of awards over the years.
