The design brief for this project was to transform the existing backyard, pool and surrounding landscape that was overgrown and unwelcoming, into an inviting area in which the homeowners could enjoy their retirement.
With input from the homeowners, Scapes Unlimited devised the perfect design to meet their lifestyle needs, while at the same time creating a spectacular space that is functional and low-maintenance with striking aesthetic appeal.
With the large freeform pool as the main feature, the garden beds were resized to open up the space, and travertine paving in a French pattern was used to complete the overall design.
Attracting much acclaim in this project is the extraordinary gazebo with its tiled roof and cedar lining. While the layout is simple, with exceptional beauty, warmth and quality at the foundation, the panorama takes precedence.
